Hydroforming:

Steel plates are welded manually, where our technicians calculate specific data for welding plates, then bend them into leaf shapes. Our skilled workers weld similar spherical cube shapes together, which are then hydroformed into perfect spheres. Finally, we polish and mirror-finish the weld seams.

Molding:

Steel plates are deformed using molds, then two steel hemispheres are welded together and weld seams are polished. Finally, the hollow steel balls undergo mirror polishing. We can produce sizes ranging from 5mm to 500mm, with thicknesses from 0.6mm to 6mm. We provide drilling and threading services according to your requirements.
